When putting together your survey, it's always important to consider bandwidth and device restrictions while using images. Our rule of thumb at PlaytestCloud is to use the highest quality image you have with the smallest file size possible. We support JPG, PNG and GIF; but we recommend JPG when possible. Our players understand that your images might be a work in progress and are able to overlook a little bit of compression.
That being said the maximum file size we can support is 1500px (3MB) wide for tablets and for high-performance mobiles.
