You can change your PlaytestCloud billing information whenever you want.

Below is a short guide on how-to add and remove payment methods, edit your billing addresses, and manage multiple billing addresses.

Payment methods overview

PlaytestCloud accepts payment via credit card – we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) – or via invoice. You have 14 days after delivery of your order to pay the invoice. SEPA payments are considered via special request.

Change billing information

You can adjust the following:

  • Add payment method

  • Remove payment method

  • Change billing address

To find this information, log into your PlaytestCloud account and click on the menu icon with the three lines, then click on settings:

Once you've added the new information – regardless of whether it's a credit card, billing address change, or password change – you need to click Save to update your information:

Manage multiple billing addresses

If you use one PlaytestCloud account for multiple offices it's possible to select which office you would like to bill on a per-playtest basis.

Multiple billing addresses are especially helpful for those who have offices in two different countries.

To take advantage of this feature, navigate to Settings in the menu bar. Click through, and you’ll land on the Edit your profile section, from where you can add additional billing addresses under the section Manage your billing addresses.

Once your account has more than one billing address saved, you will be prompted on a per-playtest basis to select your billing address for that specific order.

Note: Doesn’t apply to orders using PlaytestCloud credits as the payment method.
