Once a game is ready to begin the playtesting phase. We will immediately send out an invitation to our playtesters, they will then begin playing your game and giving you honest feedback. When a player has finished their playtest, the video is sent to our team of moderators who check to make sure published videos are honest and are without errors or faults with the PlaytestCloud recording system. Once a video is approved it is immediately sent to you.

In most cases, they are sent in one complete batch, and in other cases they are sent in two or three waves, depending on the speediness of the players, the moderators, or even customer preference.

Nevertheless, you should expect the entire order to be delivered in 48 hours or less.
