How soon after I order does my playtest begin?For playtests without special targeting your players will start beginning your playtest in about 15-20 minutes after the confirmation email.

Can I playtest my local multiplayer game? (ie: Two people playing on the same device)PlaytestCloud does not support local multiplayer (2 players sharing a phone) due to security concerns.
Will all of my playetest results be published at the same time?In most cases, they are sent in one complete batch. Either way, you should expect the entire order to be delivered in 48 hours or less.
Are you able to analyze my Playtest results for me?Yes, we can! Just let us know if you would like to add on this service to your Playtest.

When I cancel the subscription, can I still access all my playtest results?Yes, your access to your videos will remain, even after you cancel the subscription.
