As long as there are no special requests, your playtest will launch immediately after you confirm the order. Typically players within your target audience will start being invited to the test in about 15-20 minutes after the confirmation. 

However, if there are special requests, then the playtest will not launch automatically and our team of project managers will handle the requests during business hours (weekdays from 9am-7pm Berlin Time). Once our project managers have set up your playtest according to your special request, you'll receive an email confirming that your playtest has launched.
