How can I replace the build I uploaded for a playtest?

If the build you uploaded for a playtest doesn't work, we'll reach out with further instructions—or you can contact us to request a replacement.

Upload a new build to an existing playtest

f the build doesn't work for our testers, we'll pause the playtest, notify you by email, and send instructions—plus a link to a page where you can upload the new build. You'll need to be logged in with your PlaytestCloud account to access it.

Once we pause the playtest, we'll also enable a button on the playtest results page allowing you to upload a new build directly there. Note: you can't pause a playtest or enable this yourself—you'll need to email us to request it.

Place a new order with the same settings as a previous playtest

If you want to repeat a previous playtest with a new build, the easiest way is to click the duplicate icon in the top right corner of the playtest on the results page. This duplicates the order and lets you upload the new build before placing it.
