Upload a new build to an existing playtest
If you have ordered a playtest with a build that does not work for our testers, we will put the playtest on hold and notify you by email. We will give you instructions on how to get the playtest running with a new build.
If we asked you to re-upload a new build to an existing playtest, we will also send you a link to a page where you can do that. You need to be logged in with your PlaytestCloud account to be able to access that page.
However, you can also upload a new build by clicking on the small arrow in the top right corner of the playtest on the game page and select "Upload new build".
Place a new order with the same settings as a previous playtest
If you to repeat a previous playtest but with a new build the most convenient way to do this is to click on the small arrow in the top right corner of the playtest on the game page and select "Duplicate". You will then be able to upload the new build before placing the order.
