Unfortunately, our service is not compatible with surveys using MP4, WAV, SoundCloud links, or other audio file types for survey questions.

However, there is a simple workaround, all you will need to do is open up your computer's basic video editor (iMovie or Windows Movie Maker for example) and convert the audio files into video files.
