PlaytestCloud accepts multiple payment methods and allows for multiple billing addresses, both can updated at your convenience.
First time billing set-up
Note: Beyond the free trial, first-time users will need to enter billing information. Returning users billing information will be saved from their previous order.
Whether you are paying by invoice or with a credit card, you will need to enter your billing address information so that it shows up on the invoice you receive after placing the order.
Regardless of whether you're updating your billing address or entering it for the first time, the information required is standard: contact person, company name, street address, city, zip code, and country.
You can have the invoice receipt sent directly to someone with an alternate email address from you.
Payment methods
PlaytestCloud accepts payment via credit card – we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) – or via invoice. You have 14 days after delivery of your order to pay the invoice. SEPA payments are considered via special request.
You can update your billing information at any time in your PlaytestCloud account settings. Here are the available payment methods:
Use card on record: If you have placed an order in the past, this will be default option
Enter new card: If this is your first time or you want to update the CC on file
Send me an invoice: You can also place your order with an invoice and pay anytime within 14 days of receiving the results of your playtest.
Multiple billing addresses
If you use one PlaytestCloud account for multiple offices it's possible to select which office you would like to bill on a per-playtest basis.
Multiple billing addresses are especially helpful for those who have offices in two different countries.
To take advantage of this feature, navigate to Settings in the menu bar. Click through, and you’ll land on the Edit your profile section, from where you can add additional billing addresses under the Billing section in the side bar.
Once your account has more than one billing address saved, you will be prompted on a per-playtest basis to select your billing address for that specific order.
Note: Doesn’t apply to orders using PlaytestCloud Video Tokens as the payment method.
Order Playtest
Below is a sample order: This is how orders look when you build them, including the first time. In this final overview, you see the total you are being charged (excluding VAT, when applicable). This is the last step before submitting your order, so be sure to review the information carefully for any discrepancies.
Once you're satisfied with how it looks click on Order Playtest.
