When your PlaytestCloud order is complete, you'll receive an invoice. Quite often though, there's someone else who needs to see each new invoice too. Luckily, there's an easy way to configure your account so that your finance team (or whichever email address you specify) will be automatically copied in when you receive new invoices.
To set this up, you need to login to your PlaytestCloud account and go to the settings:
Once you’ve clicked on Settings you'll immediately be in the Edit your profile section, which is where you need to be.
All you do here is scroll down to the bottom of the page where you'll see Billing Email Address and the editable field below:
Fill in the email address and click Update my information.
If you have multiple email addresses, you can add them as a batch by separating them with a comma.
The email address you saved will now receive a copy of your invoice each time an order has been completed. You can adjust this whenever you want by editing the email address to a different one or by removing it entirely.
