When you playtest a game on PlaytestCloud, and your game has multiplayer functionality, playtesters will be able to interact, play and communicate with other players who play the soft-launched or live version of your game.

This makes it easier for you to playtest new versions of already launched titles, as there is an existing online community of players that our playtesters can interact with.

PlaytestCloud will not isolate playtesters from the production or soft-launch environment of your game by any means. If you want to keep them separate, you will need to write custom code in the game that enforces this separation.
