How are the email addresses of the players I provide used by PlaytestCloud?
We only use these email addresses to invite the player to the specific playtest that you're inviting them to.
Your players do not become part of PlaytestCloud's own player pool and their email address is not used for any purpose not connected to us conducting the playtest they're invited to.
What data does PlaytestCloud collect of my BYOP players?
When your own players participate in a playtest on PlaytestCloud, our platform collects and processes the following data depending on the type of playtest/survey you set up:
Their email address
IP addresses
Audio, screen and video recordings
Technical log data generated during the use of our software
Survey answers
How are data subject requests (DSR) by players handled, and how can I request their data to be deleted?
You can contact us in regards to DSR by your players or any other data deletion request connected to this data under this dedicated email address.
How long is the data of my players stored?
Their email address and any playtest-related results such as audio, video or screen recordings and survey answers are stored and available through your PlaytestCloud account until you request their deletion.
IP addresses and technical log data is retained for up to 6 months and then deleted.
